IHOP at 4470 Kahn Drive, Lumberton, North Carolina.

First visit here was great, few months later, however it was not. Not always 24 hours, just during spring and summer. Both times I went the place was empty and it felt like it took a while to get my food however when I get it, it looked rushed and sloppy. Wait staff is fairly decent though. Just wish you guys had better cooks, I guess I am used to the flawless service I get at my usual North Myrtle Beach location. Also, didn't offer the specialty pancakes offer as advertised. Not happy when that's why I came in the first place.
